Item Condition
To search for your product you can either view all items or search for specific items. You will then select the listings you wish to apply the revisions to.
Title Find & Replace:
The Title Find and Replace enables you to change your titles in bulk, this is useful if you have misspelled a title that you use in many listings.
Enter the search term in the box on the left and the replacement in the box on the right:
Once you are happy you will need to confirm the amendment, and then you will be given a status update for each item:

I would really like e bay to explain how I can use a relisting tool, to revise my items, when each item is a different one, We do not sell a million of the same items. Anyone have any help on this topic, since Ive been revising one item at a time and its very time consuming. Also I would like to know where my items are that I havent gotten to yet, they are not anywhere on e bay, yet Im still being charged to have them there?
The description find & replace works in the same way as the title find and replace. The only difference is your descriptions will contain HTML, as a safety feature Froo! Bulk Revision will not let you place HTML into listings.
Add to description.
The add to description amendment allows you to add additional information to your listings, this is useful as there are less restrictions when adding to description rather than revising a description (e.g. you can add to description even if an item has a bid.)
Simply type the text you wish to add to your listings:
The Returns Policy Amendment allows you to quickly replace your returns policies in bulk, this is very useful if your suppliers change their policies or if you decide you no longer wish to offer returns.
Select if returns are accepted or not, enter any further details regarding returns:
Start Price, Buy it Now & Reserve Price
Altering prices in bulk is easy with bulk revision: You can set a new price, increase by percentage or increase by amount. If you wish to decrease your prices simply add a minus character in front of your figure e.g.: -10
Quantity
Enter the quantity that you would like to increase selected items by, e.g. if you have 5 and type 2 the new quantity will become 7. You can also decrease by an amount if you use a minus symbol.
Dispatch Time
The Dispatch Time amendment is useful for altering your dispatch times in bulk, for example if you are experiencing weather difficulties and have to delay your dispatch by a day.
Select your new dispatch time from the drop down list:
You can use the Froo! Bulk Revision tool to update your current live inventory to include the appropriate Item Condition. You can update items by category or other similar characteristics. The items don't all need to be identical in order to update/edit in bulk.
If Frooition has other information I'll let them jump in here and provide it.
As for the listings you said you can't find but are being charged for, I'll need more information to try and help you.
Are these listings currently active on eBay? If the listings are not active, then eBay won't have charged you a listing fee.
The PayPal Address Amendment allows you to alter the PayPal address for your selected listings.
Simply type the new PayPal address in the text box:
Motors Parts Compatibility:
You can now add the new eBay Motors Parts Compatibility to your live motors listing, select all the parts that qualify for a certain vehicle / group of vehicles and then choose motors Parts Compatibility.
You will then be able to specify a range of vehicles based on year, make, model, trim and engine.
Those particular vehicles will then be added to your parts listings as compatible vehicles and improve your search result positioning.
Item Condition:
Select the relevant items, choose the appropriate item condition for the selection.
Your items will then benefit from the new eBay features and improved search standing.
As Ginger has mentioned we recommend filtering your search to select the items that need the relevent changes, for example the change to dispatch times may only apply to large items in a certain category, with Froo! Bulk Revision you can tailor the search to specific items.

Q. I have misspelled a keyword in my titles and I need to quickly correct on many listings.
A. Use bulk revisions find and replace to change any of your content in your title or description. You can also use this method to add keywords you may have missed when originally listing your item, this keeps you competitive and your listings up to date.
Q. Due to adverse weather conditions there will be a delay in the normal dispatch/shipping of my items, how can I tell my buyers and assure them that their items are still to be shipped.
A. You can use the Add to description option to add a message to each of your listings to inform buyers of any additional information. Or you can also use Bulk Revision to increase the handling time on each of your listings, and when your dispatch/shipping is back to normal decrease it back to your normal dispatch time.
Q. I am a clothing seller, and I wish to increase the inventory of my blue dresses, but decrease the inventory of my red dresses. How do I use Bulk Revision to selectively increase / decrease my quantities.
A. Before you apply any amendment with Bulk Revision you can select which of you listings you would like to apply amends to. You can do this either by searching for certain criteria such as keywords, prices, start dates or auction types, or by individual checking the listings you would like to change. In this scenario you would first select all the blue dresses and decrease your inventory, then search of all red dresses and then increase the inventory in bulk for this selection.
am i right in saying I can trial this for free with NO obligation to see if it suits me? Do I also get a free number of amends every month without paying anything too?
Please advise best & quickest way for to list following: I have approx 600 part numbers all fit multiple applications-usually at least 6 different year makes and models for each of the part numbers It is extremely time consuming selecting each year make and model and then adding a footnote

Froo! Bulk Revision can change your live listings to include Parts Compatibility, so this tool allows you to amend your current listings rather than list new ones.
It is very easy to apply Parts Compatibility to your listings as you can select date ranges rather than individual years.
Since the Froo! Bulk Revision tool updates your currently live/active eBay listings, it should work regardless of which tool (Auctiva or Vendio, etc...) you used to list the items.
Ginger is correct, Froo! Bulk Revision works with every listing tool as it modifies the listings once they are live on eBay - after the listing process.
So if you use SYI, Auctiva, GarageSale etc. Froo! Bulk Revision can still amend your live listings.
My listings are all active, and I called and talked to ebay about this last week, and as Ive been reading alot of people are having the same problem. they do not show up when i go into search format to look, then I revised a few and went back to same search and they were there, so my question is why r they no where to be found until I revise. Our sales dropped dramatically because of this, as it has with others
